Paint correction for the Scion xD
This page covers paint correction for the Scion xD, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
Getting a quote
Ask anything about the work in the request. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
How the price is set
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
A few things first
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
When the car is ready
If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Over to you
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
Request paint correction
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
