Paint correction for the 1984 Subaru GL
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 1984 Subaru GL, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Booking a time
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
How the price is set
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
Keeping it that way
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
How long it takes
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
