The work on your Legacy
Searching for paint correction for the 2014 Subaru Legacy? Here is how CarmaCars handles it. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your Legacy, up close
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Getting a price
You can add a rental to the same request. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to the same request as the work. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
When the car is ready
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
What goes into a quote
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
After the work
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Next step
Send a request with a few photos, and we reply with a price.
