Paint correction for the Subaru Uncharted
Your Subaru Uncharted and paint correction: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
What your car means for the work
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time.
What happens after you ask
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Driving while yours is in
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Timing
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
Why prices differ
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
After the work
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
