Paint correction: the 2024 Tesla Model 3 Long Range

Your 2024 Tesla Model 3 Long Range and paint correction: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.

Size and finish

Its brown paint is part of the quote: darker colours show swirls and scratches more readily. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. An electric car needs care around its charging port and sensors.

The request

Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.

When the car is ready

A clear timeline comes with every quote. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.

Keeping it that way

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

What affects the price

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.

What to bring

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
