Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Booking the work for the NR
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 1990 Volvo NR, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your NR
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
How to request it
Ask anything about the work in the request. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A car while yours is in
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
How long you are without it
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
Before you drop the car off
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
After the work
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
How the price is set
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Next step
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
