Booking the work for the A4
Book scratch repair for the 2019 Audi A4, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
About your A4
As a compact car, it is a straightforward size for this work. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. NHTSA lists 1 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
What happens after you ask
You can add a rental to the same request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Need a car meanwhile?
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. A rental means the work does not stop your week. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
What goes into a quote
Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
When the car is ready
Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
Looking after it afterwards
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
