Paint touch up: the 2023 Audi A4
For the 2023 Audi A4, scratch repair starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Booking the work
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Keep driving meanwhile
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Keeping it that way
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
What goes into a quote
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
Planning around the work
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens.
On the day
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
