Paint touch up: your A5
Here is how we handle scratch repair for the 2022 Audi A5: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. There are 2 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.
How to request it
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A car while yours is in
A rental means the work does not stop your week. We collect the rental when your car is ready. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
What affects the price
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
On the day
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
How long you are without it
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
