Before you drop the car off
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
When the car is ready
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
Looking after it afterwards
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
