The work on your Envision
Paint touch up for the 2018 Buick Envision: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
Size and finish
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. NHTSA lists no recall campaign for this model year.
Your request
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
A car while yours is in
Add a rental to the same request as the work. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
After the work
New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
How long you are without it
Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Pricing, plainly
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Questions first?
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
