From request to appointment
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Driving while yours is in
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
After the work
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
How long you are without it
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
What goes into a quote
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work.
