Paint touch up: your CT5
This page covers scratch repair for the Cadillac CT5, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
What your car means for the work
Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Your request
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Add a rental to the same request as the work. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
On the day
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Pricing, plainly
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
Aftercare
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
Timing
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
