Your Express and scratch repair
For your 2004 Chevrolet Express, scratch repair starts with a short request. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
About your Express
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
What to send us
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
What affects the price
Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Planning around the work
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
What to bring
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
Ready to ask?
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
Request paint touch up
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
