What your car means for the work

From request to appointment
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Ask anything about the work in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
A rental meanwhile
A rental means the work does not stop your week. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
After the work
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Timing
Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
Getting the car ready
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
What goes into a quote
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
