Booking the work for the B800
For the Ford B800, scratch repair starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
What your car means for the work
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Getting a quote
Ask anything about the work in the request. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Stay on the road
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Planning around the work
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days.
A few things first
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Aftercare
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
Pricing, plainly
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
Your move
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.

Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
