Booking the work for the F-350
Your 2016 Ford F-350 needs scratch repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
The car itself
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Booking a time
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
A car while yours is in
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
What to bring
Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
How long it takes
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
What goes into a quote
For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
Ready when you are
Send a request with the car and the work, and we reply with a price and a time.
Request paint touch up
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
