An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired

Paint touch up: the Ford P800
For scratch repair on the Ford P800, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What happens after you ask
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Need a car meanwhile?
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
How long you are without it
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
Aftercare
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
What to bring
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
What goes into a quote
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. We price the job before we start, never after.
