Your NR and scratch repair
Need scratch repair for your 1990 GMC NR? Tell us about the car and when suits you. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
The car itself
As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Getting a price
Ask anything about the work in the request. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
A rental while we work
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
When the car is ready
Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days. Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule.
Keeping it that way
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Before you drop the car off
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
What goes into a quote
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match.
