Paint touch up: your Carnival
Here is how we handle scratch repair for the Kia Carnival: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
About your Carnival
As a minivan, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
The request
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Stay on the road
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
How the price is set
Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
How long it takes
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
A few things first
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
When you know your dates
Tell us what the car needs and when it is free.
Request paint touch up
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
