Paint touch up: your Seltos

The 2021 Kia Seltos EX needs scratch repair? Send photos and when it suits you. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

The car itself

We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. NHTSA lists 2 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.

From request to appointment

Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.

A rental while we work

Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.

How the price is set

Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.

Aftercare

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.

How long it takes

You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.

A few things first

Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Send a request

Tell us about the car and the work, and we take it from there.
