Your ES and scratch repair
Book scratch repair for the 2012 Lexus ES with a short request, and rent a car while yours is in. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
About your ES
As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
How to request it
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. You can add a rental to the same request. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Driving while yours is in
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
After the work
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Timing
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
Why prices differ
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
What to bring
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Ask us
Ready to book? Tell us about the car and when suits you.
