Paint touch up: the 2014 Lexus ES
Here is how we handle scratch repair for the 2014 Lexus ES: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
About your ES
Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
The request
Ask anything about the work in the request. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Need a car meanwhile?
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
How the price is set
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
A few things first
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Timing
If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days.
Aftercare
New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
