Your ES and scratch repair
Searching for paint touch up for the 2018 Lexus ES? Here is how CarmaCars handles it. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
What your car means for the work
As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
What happens after you ask
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Stay on the road
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. A rental means the work does not stop your week. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Before you drop the car off
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
When the car is ready
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
After the work
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
Why prices differ
The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
