Paint touch up: your IS
Your 2007 Lexus IS and scratch repair: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
What your car means for the work
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Booking a time
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. You can add a rental to the same request. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
A car while yours is in
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Add a rental to the same request as the work. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Keeping it that way
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
A few things first
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
How long you are without it
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
Why prices differ
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
Make a request
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Request paint touch up
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
