Your LC and scratch repair
Your 2020 Lexus LC needs scratch repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
The car itself
Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Booking the work
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Ask anything about the work in the request. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
A car while yours is in
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
How long you are without it
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
On the day
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
What goes into a quote
Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
