Your RX and scratch repair
For scratch repair on the 2021 Lexus RX, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
What your car means for the work
Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. NHTSA lists 2 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
From request to appointment
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A car while yours is in
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. A rental means the work does not stop your week. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Pricing, plainly
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
On the day
Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
When the car is ready
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
Aftercare
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
