Booking the work for the MX-5

Paint touch up for the 2021 Mazda MX-5 GS: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

About your MX-5

If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.

How to request it

Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.

Your car is in; you are not stuck

Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.

Before you drop the car off

Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

After the work

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.

What goes into a quote

Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

When the car is ready

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
