The work on your Kicks

For scratch repair on the 2021 Nissan Kicks S, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

Size and finish

We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.

Your request

Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Ask anything about the work in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.

Your car is in; you are not stuck

While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

How the price is set

The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

After the work

New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

When the car is ready

We keep you posted if the timing changes. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

Before you drop the car off

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Next step

Book the work with a short request, and add a rental if you need one.
