The 2005 Pontiac Wave: Paint touch up
This page covers scratch repair for the 2005 Pontiac Wave, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
Your Wave, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a compact car, it is a straightforward size for this work. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
How to request it
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
A car while yours is in
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
How the price is set
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
How long you are without it
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
After the work
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
