Your 718 and scratch repair
Here is how we handle scratch repair for the Porsche 718: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Your 718, up close
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Getting a price
Ask anything about the work in the request. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A rental while we work
Add a rental to the same request as the work. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Timing
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
After the work
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Pricing, plainly
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
On the day
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Let us know
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
