Your Renault Fuego: the work
Searching for paint touch up for the Renault Fuego? Here is how CarmaCars handles it. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Booking a time
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Keep driving meanwhile
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We collect the rental when your car is ready. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
What goes into a quote
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
On the day
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
Keeping it that way
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
How long you are without it
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
