Your 2018 Rolls-Royce Ghost: the work

About your Ghost
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Booking a time
Ask anything about the work in the request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
A car while yours is in
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Pricing, plainly
Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
How long you are without it
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
Before you drop the car off
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Make a request
Send a request with a few photos, and we reply with a price.
Request paint touch up
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
