An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired
Your car is in the shop; you keep driving. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, and bill your insurer when the claim covers it.

Your Astra and scratch repair
Paint touch up for your Saturn Astra? Start with a request; a person replies with a price and a time. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
Your Astra, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What to send us
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. You can add a rental to the same request.
A rental meanwhile
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
When the car is ready
We keep you posted if the timing changes. Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
Pricing, plainly
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
