Booking the work for the Forester

This page covers scratch repair for the 2020 Subaru Forester Convenience, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.

What your car means for the work

If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.

What to send us

Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.

Keep driving meanwhile

Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.

Timing

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.

What affects the price

The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

Before you drop the car off

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.

Still deciding?

Book the work with a short request, and add a rental if you need one.
