How to request it

If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. You can add a rental to the same request.

A rental meanwhile

Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.

What to bring

Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Planning around the work

Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. We keep you posted if the timing changes.

Aftercare

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

What goes into a quote

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
