Booking the work for the Forester

The 2025 Subaru Forester Base needs scratch repair? Send photos and when it suits you. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

What your car means for the work

We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.

Booking a time

We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.

A rental while we work

A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. A rental means the work does not stop your week. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.

Looking after it afterwards

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.

Why prices differ

Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

Before you drop the car off

Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.

How long you are without it

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. We keep you posted if the timing changes.

Make a request

A short request is all it takes to get a price for your car.
