An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired
Your car is in the shop; you keep driving. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, and bill your insurer when the claim covers it.

Your Impreza and scratch repair
Your 2001 Subaru Impreza needs scratch repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. NHTSA lists no recall campaign for this model year.
Booking a time
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
A rental meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Getting the car ready
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Pricing, plainly
We price the job before we start, never after. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match.
Timing
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
One more step
When you are ready, a short request books the work.
Request paint touch up
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
