The work on your VAH
This page covers scratch repair for the 2017 Volvo VAH, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What happens after you ask
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Keep driving meanwhile
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Planning around the work
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Pricing, plainly
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Getting the car ready
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
Next step
Send a request with the car and the work, and we reply with a price and a time.
Request paint touch up
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
