Booking the work for the Flex
Book paint correction for the 2018 Ford Flex with a short request, and rent a car while yours is in. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
What happens after you ask
You can add a rental to the same request. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Keep your week on track
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Before you drop the car off
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Pricing, plainly
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
Aftercare
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Timing
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
