Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Your C5 and paint correction
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 1985 GMC C5, and rents you a car while yours is in. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your C5
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
The request
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Keep your week on track
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
A few things first
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
When the car is ready
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
Pricing, plainly
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
Aftercare
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Let us know
A short request is all it takes to get a price for your car.
