Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
The work on your C6
Book paint correction for the 1985 GMC C6, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Size and finish
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
From request to appointment
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
When the car is ready
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
Why prices differ
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
A few things first
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Still deciding?
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
