Size and finish
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Getting a quote
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Need a car meanwhile?
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Getting the car ready
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
How long it takes
We keep you posted if the timing changes. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
