The 2012 Mazda Mazda5: Polishing
Your 2012 Mazda Mazda5 and paint correction: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Your request
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Keep your week on track
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. A rental means the work does not stop your week. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
What goes into a quote
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We price the job before we start, never after. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
How long you are without it
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
What to bring
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
After the work
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
