The Qvale: Polishing
Polishing for the Qvale: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
How to request it
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to the same request as the work. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Planning around the work
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
Aftercare
Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
What goes into a quote
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
