Your Saturn needs paint correction? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
The request
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Driving while yours is in
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Add a rental to the same request as the work. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
What goes into a quote
The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
Timing
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
