Here is how we handle paint correction for the STI: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
From request to appointment
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Add a rental to the same request as the work. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Before you drop the car off
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
Why prices differ
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We price the job before we start, never after.
When the car is ready
If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
