The Subaru Solterra: Polishing
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the Subaru Solterra, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What your car means for the work
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Booking the work
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Keep driving meanwhile
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
How long it takes
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
Aftercare
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Why prices differ
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
On the day
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Ready to ask?
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
