CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 1997 Vector Avtech SC / M12, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What your car means for the work
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
Booking a time
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Keep your week on track
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
What to bring
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
What goes into a quote
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
