Booking the work for the 6 Series
Book paint protection film for the 2012 BMW 6 Series with a short request, and rent a car while yours is in. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
About your 6 Series
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. The length is 4.89 m. Check the size of a tight parking spot.
How to request it
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Keep driving meanwhile
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
On the day
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
What goes into a quote
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Aftercare
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Planning around the work
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
When you know your dates
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
